Best Parrilla Experience in Argentina I’m visiting from Seattle, Washington, and this was my first time trying a true Argentinian parrilla — and wow, what an introduction. During our two-week trip we tried six different parrillas across Argentina, including Don Julio, and nothing came close to the experience we had here at La Cañita. The food is incredible, the portions are generous, and the prices are very fair. In our opinion, this was the best steak we had in the entire country. We enjoyed it so much that we came twice — we started our trip here, and we ended our last meal in Argentina here. That alone says a lot. The service was warm and welcoming every time, and the quality of the meat was unmatched. Thank you to the staff for the delicious food and great hospitality. This was truly the perfect way to end our visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic, high-quality Argentinian steakhouse experience.

Mariano's service was great, taking the time to explain everything to us in English. He recommended the Bife de chorizo butterfly cut for the two of us and even when paired with wine and water the bill was very reasonable (by L.A. standards) 5/5 would recommend

We had such a great experience at La Cañita for our first time trying parrilla in Argentina! We went as a family of four with a toddler, and everything—from the food to the service—was wonderful. Marcello, in particular, was incredibly attentive. He answered all of our questions about the different cuts of meat, made thoughtful recommendations on sides, and made us feel really taken care of. Delicious food, warm service, and very family-friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

Our waiter Mariano gave suggestions that were perfecto! We were able to enjoy appetizers, salad, flank steak and flan for dessert! Every course was delicious and enough to fill us up so that we could finish our meal with a yummy homemade flan! Mariano’s wine suggestion of an Argentinian Malbec complemented the meal so well!! The wine was smooth, fruit forward and was wonderful!! Will definitely come back again if we can before we leave Buenos Aires!!

Great ribeye and helpful staff. One less star since they add anything to the bill they can (coperta, water, salad, tip) Update: full 5 stars. Been in BA for 2 weeks, including Don Julio and Fogon Asado (expensive) and La Canita is the best we’ve had. Fully recommend
